For a useful reply on round one, mention which handle you tried, which tab you had open, and what you expected versus what appeared. A screenshot of the result panel beats a long description. Don’t include passwords, identity documents or other things we’d only delete.
How long it takes
Ordinary mail is answered within a couple of working days, two at most. A copyright notice runs on its own 48-hour reply clock, so use the removal page for those instead of this inbox.
What we cannot do
We have no way to restore access to an Instagram login, open a locked profile or show you the viewers of your own story, which only Instagram knows. Expired stories and deleted posts cannot be recovered from here either, since nothing is archived. If your Instagram login or account itself misbehaves, take it to Instagram’s help centre, the only place able to act on it.
